Patient Resources
Everything you need to know before, during, and after your visit with Dr. Dansie.
What to Expect at Your Visit
We want your first visit to feel comfortable and unhurried. Here is a step-by-step overview of what a typical appointment looks like at Beehive Hearing Solutions.
Check-In & Case History
Arrive a few minutes early to complete your new patient paperwork. We will review your hearing history, any concerns you have noticed, and your lifestyle and communication goals.
Hearing Evaluation
Dr. Dansie will perform a comprehensive audiological evaluation, which may include pure-tone testing, speech testing, and middle ear assessment. The evaluation is painless and typically takes 45–60 minutes.
Results & Counseling
Dr. Dansie will walk you through your audiogram and explain your results in plain language. You will have plenty of time to ask questions and discuss what your results mean for your daily life.
Treatment Planning
If hearing aids, cochlear implant evaluation, or other treatment is recommended, Dr. Dansie will present your options honestly — with no pressure. We will find the right solution for your needs and budget.
Follow-Up Care
Hearing care is an ongoing relationship. We schedule follow-up appointments to fine-tune your devices, answer questions, and ensure you are getting the best possible results.
